Message
Am disappointed that the building heights are allowed to exceed the
planning control limits, especially along Crimea St were the houses
are situated lower already due to natural ground level differences.
Can the entire development be lowered or roofline lowered to maintain
the building height limits. If not, what's the point of planning
controls in the first place!

Also the construction hours on a Saturday are not inline with standard
practice which is Sat 8am to 1pm. Please amend the hours to no later
than 1pm.

Please note i wish to submit my objection to the proposed plans for the
Parramatta West Primary School, App # SSD 8790 in the current state.
The location of this new structure will overlook the residents, myself
included and significantly infringe on our privacy and contribute to
noise disturbances to the residents. I would propose the location of
the new site be moved to the opposite side of the playground, where
there are no residents impacted, and no change to drop off/ pick up
locations.
Failing that, i would expect to see any widows overlooking the
residents on Franklin Street moved to the opposite side to respect the
residents privacy. At a minimum i would expect frosting on any windows
facing the residents on Franklin street, to allow light in to the
structure but restrict viewing into the residents dwellings and yards.
I would also expect privacy screening by way of trees or other
structures to be added to the proposed works to block any views in.
