I support the project. Why is the department making the proponents do a NIA. Solar farms are not that noisy and anyone could tell this was not going to impact anyone. Cut it with the red tape. Solar farms are proven to be low impact and should encouraged.

I object, I am registered, Ido not want my name used, I have made no political donations, I agree to your terms and conditions.
My reason is thus:- The embedded Carbon in solar panels breaks even at the 35 parallel, and so this project is waste of money for no carbon reduction.
