Samantha Riley Drive - Early Works

I very strongly support such a high-quality, well-designed development at this site. It is a no-brainer to build high density living so close to the Metro and the T-Way's regular busses to Parramatta, Blacktown etc. This is exactly what the location needs. Having grown up in this area and currently living in a TOD site a few metro stops away from Kellyville, i have experienced first-hand the benefit and amenity these sites offer residents, as well as the convenience offered to the broader community. Having reviewed almost all of the EIS docs, i urge the developer to ensure that the final development delivers the same high standard of amenity, landscape and urban design as the plans, because they look great and are well considered.
