Snack Brands Warehouse Facility

I strongly object to this development on the grounds of traffic
management.
The area is already overloaded with traffic and for any further
developments to proceed without upgrades to the local roads is
bordering on criminal.
In peak hour the intersection of Mamre and Luddenham Roads
is trecherous at best.
My family has to negotiate this intersection regularly, including
young grandchildren, and it is more by good fortune than anything
else, that a major accident has been avoided.
I plead with all relevent authorities to address this issue as a
matter of urgency as it is only a matter of time before the worst
happens.

comment on the proposal for Snack Brands Warehouse and Distribution
Facility. The nature and location of the proposal has been assessed by
WaterNSW as having a low potential risk for impacting the Warragamba
Pipelines critical water supply infrastructure and corridor to the
south of the subject site. WaterNSW therefore does not have any
comments or particular requirements.

WaterNSW requests the Department continue to refer proposals to
WaterNSW that have the potential to impact on our land, assets and
infrastructure through the email address
