Development Control Order issued to East Land 5 Pty Ltd (MP06_0243) Tweed Shire

On 16 February 2024, NSW Planning issued a Development Control Order to East Land 5 Pty Ltd for failing to undertake and maintain erosion and sediment controls as required by the Development Approval. NSW Planning will monitor compliance with the development control order.
Penalty Notice issued to East Land 5 Pty Ltd (MP06_0243) Tweed Shire LGA
On July 23, 2024, NSW Planning issued a $6,000 Penalty Notice to East Land 5 Pty Ltd (East Land 5) for failing to comply with the terms of a Development Control Order (the Order) issued on 16 February 2024. The Order required East Land 5 to repair and maintain on-site sediment and erosion controls within specified timeframes. East Land 5 has since complied with the Order’s requirements.
