A building(s), 100m above street level is in any context a large, dominating structure, especially away from a CBD be it regional or subregional.

Is it appropriate? Maybe if we are in Parramatta or Newcastle CBD's. Not sure how such a dense development will suit with the successful operation of the easter show and V8's. Future residents will need to be the adaptable type.

Further, maybe some of that commercial floor space at the lower floors could be dedicated as a supermarket - all the future residents need staple items provided by a supermarket, not rather another cafe or mixed business that tend to occupy such floor space and consistent with the prevailing ground floor uses of the surrounding buildings. The adjoining suburbs are not exactly flushed with supermarkets.

Stage 2 is a great development. The floor plans are well thought through and the finishes are very appealing. Sydney Olympic Park is a great area and I would like to make it my address.

Thanks

Loved the design of the Stage 2 development. Has a great range of 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments. The internal layouts work well and all look spacious. I support this development 100% and think the area really needs it.

Thanks

The proposed Stage 2 development uses the rectangular shape from Stage 1 and the elliptical shape of Stage 3 allowing the 3 developments to tie into one another, complimenting each other yet still retaining their own identity. Stage 2 development is a definite for me and my family as it blends in with the existing and caters for the different family arrangements in their superb 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom designs. An absolute go ahead on my behalf.

Much Thanks

As a local business owner and having been involved with developments in the Sydney Olympic Park area for the last 6 years, I would like to lodge my support for this development.

I believe this development will continue to provide the area with a growing residential population (which in turn will generate business revenue for those that have already set up businesses within the park) and create further employment opportunities through the commercial and retail components.
