Sydney Olympic Park - Site 43-44 Mixed Use Development - Stage 2

The submission relates to the permissible car spaces on the subject site as referenced below:

stage 1 - ref: MP10_0168 (MOD 1)
stage 1A - ref: SSD12_5676
Stage 2 - ref: SSD12_5677

- the permissible carspaces nominated within the controls for this site (including stage 1, 1A & 2) is 522 spaces
- the break up of the proposed allocation is:
---- stage 1 = 280 spaces
---- stage 2 = 299 spaces

- the proposal for stages 1, 1A & 2 combined, results in a total number of spaces of 579.
- the proposal for stages 1, 1A & 2 (combined) requests for the approval of 57 spaces above the site control allowance of 522 spaces.

As above - the subject site and maximum car space allowance should not be increased above the relevent control allowance of 522 spaces

we request that stage 2 car spaces approval be limited to 242 spaces in compliance with the relevent controls for the subject site, resulting in a total number of 522 spaces across stages 1, 1A & 2.
