Message
A solar farm will bring down the value of the houses in the area and there is a risk of water contamination. Significantly discounted energy supply to nearby residents should be offered.

Message
In general, we support the move toward renewable energy, but the proposed solar farm would be located in clear view of many ACT and NSW residents and have a dramatic visual impact. For many residents, there is no way of dampening this visual impact. I would welcome a visit from the planner in question to see first hand the severe impact it would have on our property.
