you must be aware of the current infrastructure problems the kemps creek industrial precinct has how could you continue to pass these developments . Iam not against change and understand the importance of these projects being delivered but i am currently still a resident with my family directly opposite this proposed development .
The water ,drainage ,heavy vehicles, traffic will significantly impact my family way of life and safety which is allready being impacted by current developments we have been reaching out to politicians ,local members and water board ,RMS to resolve these problems before any furhter catastrophic damage is done .
the water board is well aware of our plight and the on going discussion with them to acquire these properties is ongoing I ask you to join all government services to solve this problem swiftly

To begin with, the bulk earthworks have already commenced?? So why am I being told its on exhibition and I can can make a submission? The works are well underway, please come and see for yourself. The dust from earth moving equipment, the extra construction traffic, tipper trucks and dogs all day long at Abbotts and Mamre road.
This project cannot go ahead at this time as there is no infrastructure for stormwater and no concrete plan for it. The roads are not for the current capacity of vehicles, and this development will bring more trucks and cars. The road is already not handling the increased volume with more close shaves and accidents, I see them every day, I guarantee that not all accidents are reported. The development will have more hard surface and more volume of water, where will it go? This development will be ready in 12 months, but the roads and stormwater wont be. The developers or government agencies wont be using my property as their toilet unless they own the whole lot of it. In addition to these Industrial estates we are expected to take the water further upstream from the Aerotropolis and be happy about it?
