Wickham's infrastructure CANNOT accommodate this building. Traffic congestion is one of the many problems we already experience. Fire and ambience access is near impossible now. Too many one way streets, congested parking, disgusting, uneven, unsafe footpaths for pedestrians, prams and mobility scooters.
Garbage trucks block the streets to empty bins. No residents can pass, little alone emergency vehicles such as ambulance or fire trucks.
People with disabilities who have carers can not offer parking to their carers.
