Concerns about noise and the impact on our home valuation. What is the benefit to our local community?

For Australian competitiveness and security we need our own compute power. I support this important investment. Lane Cove is a very central area. If you want to live in a low-rise village atmosphere stop doing it at the expense of everyone else by ringfencing off a central metro area, and do it in the outer suburbs. Metro areas should be for metro developments that benefit Australians, and this is one.

I attach my submission opposing the development of the 12 Mars Road data centre.

Data Centres should be built away from residential areas to reduce impacts to the population like higher electricity bill , water bill, and damage to environment.

The project will cause pollution and reduce the enjoyment of the Blackman Park. It should be bulit farther from residential and recreational areas.
