These are my concerns with the proposal of the new building
• Loss of natural sunlight and ventilation
• Reduced privacy, as the new building may overlook our apartments
• Increased noise, dust, and disturbance during construction
• More traffic and parking issues in the area
• Possible impact on property value

This building is in a fantastic location, close to shops, jobs, a brilliant railway station. Very good spot to build as many homes as possible, as we desperately need more to control the cost of housing.

do not build more units especially in that location as parramatta has enough units and buildings it is already too congested with large towers and residential buildings. instead open up more shops there for businesses that is low levels just dont put more residential properties there especially a large tower

I support this development as it provides a significant number of much needed housing that is well located.
