this area keeps getting better and better with all these new buildings. i have seen this area grow and thrive and these types of buildings creates great housing options for us and for the area. good job people

I’m very keen for this project to come to Burwood. The building’s design looks incredible, it’s basically bringing Belgium to Burwood!

I am the owner of the property at 203 Victoria Road, Marrickville, located on the corner of Victoria Road and Sydenham Road.

My property is not part of the Timberyards development. When the development was originally proposed, an SP2 zoning was applied to my property to facilitate a road widening. Following subsequent reviews and design changes, this SP2 zoning was removed, and I was assured there would be no rezoning affecting my property.

However, in the amended submission (Appendix A - Amended Architectural Plans.zip\110 Overall GA) a pedestrian zone is shown passing through my property. This is incorrect. My property is not part of this development, and this pedestrian zone must be removed from the plans accordingly.

I request that the department correct the plans to reflect the boundaries of the development site and confirm in writing that no easements, zonings, or encumbrances of any kind will be placed on my property as part of this approval.
