I am making this submission in regards to the South Avenue proposed local Road as detailed in your "Roads General Arrangement Plan".
1. On viewing these plans, it appears that the South Avenue Border line has been detailed in the middle of South Ave ( 16th Avenue) and half of the
road appears to be resting on the properties on the South Side which is incorrect. This South Ave is actually a continuation of
16th Ave which has already been partly developed and all of this planned South Ave (16th Ave) should be totally on Al Faisal College property and not infringing on the back properties.
2. Also on sheet 4 of 11 "Roads detail plan" there are 2 proposed Rip Rap Aprons again on both the south border properties .I object to these Rip Rap Aprons altogether as these Rip Rap Aprons as detailed appear to be on properties that do not belong to " Al Faisal College "and the existing 16th Ave will be developed which will be the front road of houses that will be built on that road.

I support the redevelopment of Al Faisal College as this school has an excellent academic reputation. I have been working at Al Faisal College for 2+ years and the students, parents and community love the school and are happy with our work. This school will provide excellent opportunities for the families in the area, as well as more job opportunities to match the growing population of the Austral and nearby areas.
