I support the project, I believe it will significantly improve housing affordability and availability in the area.

I would however like to see the number of units and storeys significantly increased as well as units set aside for essential workers.

I strongly support this. The streetscape brick facade looks brilliant, and the overall architecture is modern without looking like it will date quickly - its good to see high quality design prioritised for TOD developments. This site is crying out for more density considering how close it is to the T-Way and Metro, as well as Norwest Business Park, if anything these TOD sites next to the Bella Vista and Kellyville Metro sites cant be developed soon enough...
