The Department has no issues with the proposal, however our original comments from the SEARs still apply. Ie.
Waterway crossings for all roads and access tracks for the proposal must comply with the principles in "Why do Fish Need to Cross the Road? Fish Passage Requirements for Waterway Crossings."
