Dear Chris,
Herewith attached my Submission/Objection to SSD10321-Mod-2 plus attachments.
Unfortunately I only managed to ‘retrieve/convert’ with great difficulty one of the 13 photos referred to in my Submission dated 27.4.21 to SSD10321-Mod-1 emailed to you earlier today that was never received by Planning NSW Planner Lauren Saunders.
I should like to make one more point not included in my submission. The approximate height of the ridgeline above SP53908 at the Eastern end appears to me as 72M with Proposed Excavation close / on the boundary at 61.5M. I sincerely hope that this assessment cannot be correct.
