We need to unite and fight these developers and the Australian government for forcing this upon us.
I object because this project will cause permanent toxic damage to the natural environment and impact those around it. There will be too many toxic chemicals entering the landscapes and environment as a result of this project.

Why is our government forcing FIRE HAZARDOUS infrastructure and UNRELIABLE energy on our nation at the expense of rural Australia?!?

I object because BESS projects are too damaging to the communities, landscapes, environment and animals. what happens when they catch fire? How will the noise from BESS impact livestock and native wildlife? Not only are they dangerous, they are an absolute eye-sore. Let's put these closer to the cities so all the NIMBYs can marvel at what their vote has given them. Leave our landscapes alone and our government needs to do better.
Noting the Livestock Producer Assurance accreditation application, they recognise and acknowledge that agricultural land WILL BE POISONED by batteries and solar panels. Given this significant fact, these projects should NOT go ahead as they compromise our food security and environmental safety.

Why has no independent acoustics model been published to verify real-world noise impacts?

Samsung C&T’s Toxic Contaminating, Life Threatening Thermal Runaway, Romani BESS plan will be impossible to contain when it inevitably explodes and burns for days - with poisonous compounds in the smoke & BESS residue pouring into irreplaceable food growing soil and the vital water system .

Only evil ideologues who seek to do us harm would approve such poisonous infrastructure contaminating our food bowls with dangerous chemicals like Hydrofluoric Acid and forever chemical Bis-FASI PFAS.

Typically, there is not even a decommissioning or remediation bond – ensuring the foolish pariah Hosts and careless Council who has failed in its Duty of Care to do its Due Diligence - will ultimately be saddled with this Toxic mess when Samsung C&T simply walk away, leaving a monumental pile of toxic, unrecyclable battery waste & liabilities for them to be cursed with forever.

This development will permanently damage ecosystems and farming land. Lithium batteries pose fire and chemical risks, while offering only hours of energy. Public objections highlight community unease. How will the project prevent toxic plume drift in a fire, when plume behaviour cannot be fully controlled?

How can the proponent promise restoration of the site after decommissioning when no evidence exists that disturbed ecosystems can ever be fully recreated?
What is the capability of this installation? It is cost effect for the monies spent?

Can the proponent explain the long-term waste-disposal plan for degraded battery cells when disposal remains a global challenge?
