My objection is not to development of the 11-23 Rangers Avenue Mosman site, it is an objection to the 7 stories and mass scale of the project. My Objection includes misuse of supposed affordable housing in Mosman, the blocking of shared view for housing in Holt Avenue, the increase of 44 x apartments with increase of transport or proper traffic reports being done by the developer in the area around the site.
The Developer could still make substantial money, increase housing requirements in Mosman with a 2 to 4 story apartment block while not affecting the local area. My submission are also included.

I have lived in Rangers Avenue most of my life and continue to live there with my family. The letter from the NSW Major Projects was the first contact I have received regarding this project. The 14 days notice and 1 week prior to Christmas is not a very community friendly engagement. I would like to request more time for my submission.
My objection is not for development on Rangers Avenue, it is the fact the developer is requesting extra height, extra apartments and trying to convince the Government that affordable housing in Mosman is what the developer is really seeking. More housing - absolutely. Dressing it up as in-fill affordable is not the way forward. Trying to convince the community that this project is in keeping with the local area feel and architectural outlook - this is definitely not the way forward.
