I am sincerely in support of the West Culburra development as I believe it will have a positive impact on our town and specifically the young people therein.

This development will provide NO benifit to the local community,

I am a 27yr old who has called Culburra Beach home for my entire life. I would like to see some positive investment and growth in Culburra. I see this development as just that. I am convinced it will attract more young people and families to the town, increase housing availability and support new infrastructure. Based on the Environmental Impact assessment, It appears the environmental harm caused by the development will be mitigated and minimised appropriately. I thoroughly support the development.
