it is an important step towards a real brand new CBD.

the homebush bridge will benefit both rhodes and wentworth point. it allows facilities on both sites to be shared easily, and it promotes more efficient tranport. more importantly, without the bridge, either side is like trapped in its own land and restricted to certain facilities they already have. therefore, with the bridge, both sitess land value will appreciate to a new level which will start attracting residents and investors who use to have their eye focus on eastern coastal or northern surburb. with both site connect via this bridge, the whole area stands a chance for real as the next CBD of sydney. that means more and more economic benefit in the long run.

in my opinion. the bridge is an investment elevates the entire value of both rhodes and wentworth point. and would be pleased to see the project get fully approved to start constructing.

This bridge will bring the huge advantage to both the Wentworth residents and the environment. Most of the residents tend to shop in Ryhdes shopping centre, but have to drive there now. with the new bridge, we can walk there, saving petro and waste gas summision. Also, the public transport in Wentworth is not good, the new bridge will help us a lot.


So all my family will 100% support this project.
