Thank you for notifying TransGrid in respect of SSD16917, being the Oakdale South Estate. Please find attached TransGrid's preliminary response, given the Sydney South to Sydney West No.1 330kV transmission line traverses the subject land within a 60.96 metre wide easement.

I act for Jacfin Pty Ltd. Jacfin intends to make a submission in relation to the Environmental Impact Statement exhibited for the Oakdale South Industrial Estate. The submission will address a number of concerns in relation to the proposed development, including:
- traffic impacts and proposed access arrangements
- noise impacts
- visual impacts
The submission will be provided early next week.
