I endorse the attached SCAPS Group submissions. I have been a resident of West Pennant Hills for nearly 11 years and I plan to live the rest of my life at West Pennant Hills. I am extremely concerned about where the stack will be positioned, the effects of the unfiltered stack and the carcinogens spewing from it and the effects it will have on me and my family. I already have breathing difficulties with a scarred lung. The soot that already is breathed into my lungs and accumulates like tar on my house, deck and surrounds, which comes from Pennant Hills Road and the M2 has been of great concern, let alone these unfiltered stacks spewing their concentrated harmful carcinogens.
