Splendour and falls at north Byron parklands is a great location for the festival as it is in the middle of two cities to gain maximum attraction to the site.

North Byron parklands is not only the home of Splendour in the grass and falls festival, it's home to everyones memories of these wonderful music & arts festivals. For me personally, splendour and falls are the only two things that make me take time off work every year. It is my holiday of choice given my love for live music and camping. If it were to be held at a different stomping ground, i would feel somewhat discouraged to attend it again because of my love for the north byron parklands. People from all over Australia and the rest of the planet know this as the 1 and only place for these festivals. Plus, it is in a remote enough location to keep all the madness contained within the bounds of the festival which means less worry from the townsfolk, less complaints and above all less paperwork for the NSW government. Win win!

I have attended five music festivals at North Byron parklands and plan to do so many more times. I'm constantly impressed with the level of service and amenity provided, as well as the festival organisers and parkland operators commitment to looking after the parklands before, during and after events. Making it a permanent cultural events site would ensure patrons are continually treated to such excellent conditions, and that young people keep making the trip to that most beautiful part of New Soth Wales.

Please let Falls and Splendour stay here permenantly it is an amazing safe awesome event that encourages harmony and brings people together! I haven't made it yet but I will one day and I want it to still be a Byron Park lands. It's such a boost for locals and it helps bring amazing acts to Australia and promote local Australian artists to!

Provides employment, brings a lot of money for the local economy and is a great event for New Years!

Really good for our community - restaurants and caravan parks all benefit from the extra business.
