Given the height of the transmission line is over 100m lower than the wind farm's blade tip height, and since the wind farm development did not impact Airservices airspace procedures or CNS facilities (see attached), an assessment is not required due to no expected impact from the proposed transmission line.

TransGrid provides the attached letter as a formal submission for the White Rock Wind Farm Modification 3 Application and note that the proponent has been in regular contact and liaison with TransGrid to ensure any potential impacts to it's transmission network have been reasonably considered as part of their modification application.
