Message
I strongly support the NWRL project as described in the application; however I wish to make two points:
1) I object to the removal of Blackbutt Gulley forest for the Cheltenham Service Facility access road and favour direct access from the M2
2) I submit that at least 26 trains per hour into the CBD is feasible without a new harbour crossing, and enclose a paper that shows how.
Attachment 1 provides my submission and attachment 2 the detailed support for item 2 above.
