I support coal mining it's a nescerty to growth in the community s and
builds a strong work process for Australian workers and taxable
incomes , I also support a clean environment and dust control mesuares
should be a major control in keeping food and clean air quality, Coal
mining is and has been in Australia for a long time and should be for
many future employees to come , it is far the best power and most
clean and economic resources we have, build better power grids like
japan to keep our economy and energy, environment number 1 in the
world that's where we should be heading , mine smart .

Our local company heavily relys on the industry in order to sustain our
growth not only within our company but also in the local community.
Our 25 employees and their families to which are 100 percent local to
our area support whitehaven with their existing and future commitments
to local businesses and the wider community.
We believe The Vickery project will further strengthen the long term
relationships Whitehaven has shown and we support their developments
as they expand their operations whilst sustaining public and
environmental regulations.
Without companies like Whitehaven and projects like Vickery we would
have substantial difficulties in attracting new employees and families
to the region, which not only supports mining but also the various
retail and commercial industries that coexist well within our
community. This makes Gunnedah the great town that it is.

Provides employment in the area.

The Vickery Extension Project will provide the North West NSW Region with
increased employment opportunities, and the state of NSW with
increased revenues. The project will help to advance the region, the
state and the country while also providing Asia with much needed raw
materials to assist that region with its economic growth.

I think that the expansion will benefit the local area of Gunnedah and
assist in more employment for Australians.

I believe we need mining and coal in particular for power generation.

This project a positive move for the region.

I strongly support the extension of the approved Vickery Coal Mine,
including a coal handling and preparation plant (CHPP), train load-out
facility and rail spur line.

The extension of Whitehaven Vickery means more jobs and growth for the
Gunnedah region and those doing business in North West NSW.

I personally rely on the coal industry in the Gunnedah region to
provide stable income for my family and support our lifestyle.

I support the Whitehaven Vickery project. More jobs and opportunities for
the young people of our comunity

The Vickery Extension project is a very exciting new addition to
