Cessnock Hospital Redevelopment - Addendum

Changes to the new acute services building, including:
— revision to window sizes and locations, box gutter, eaves and roof pitch;
— relocation of generator from roof to ground;
— The installation of acoustic wall on north façade of Level 2 Plant room; and
Adjustments to Jurd Street to accommodate Council preferred Bus Stop location.
Additional infrastructure works are also required to be carried out, including:
— demolition of the Drinkwater Building
— demolition of the former View Street Clinic
— demolition of the Engineering Workshops
— Extension of watermain along Jurd Street
Changes to mitigation measures, as follows:
— deletion of mitigation measure 72 – Flood Management.
