Construction & occupation of a commercial development comprising Buildings A (1 storey), B (13 storeys) and including alterations & additions to existing Building C (increase height to 14 storeys).
The proposal includes lot amalgamation, partial demolition of existing structures, removal of some trees, associated basement parking, landscaping & stormwater works. Public domain works are also proposed, comprising a through-site link and new 20m wide Road 26 to be dedicated to Council. The DA is accompanied by the applicant’s letter of offer to enter into a Planning Agreement with Council.
