Council has received an application to partially demolish the rear of the existing building, construction of a new building form, and adaptively reuse the remainder of the existing building for use as a hardware and building supplies store over 2 levels with undercroft car parking, erection of signage, boundary adjustments to provide a slip lane from Princes Highway into Smith Street and the widening of Smith Street on the northern side.
