Staged development application under section 83B of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. Consent is sought for a masterplan for the entire site, plus Stage 1 of the masterplan.
The masterplan nominates land uses, building envelopes, floor space and heights, internal roads open, spaces and development staging for the whole site. (Includes a total of 9 buildings of varying heights up to 10 storeys comprising 858 apartments and associated parking of 1,280 basement spaces and 60 spaces in new internal road)
Stage 1 of the proposal comprises 4 mixed use buildings (comprising 380 residential apartments and 6 retail tenancies) and associated works including the new internal access road connecting with Wharf Road and Victoria Road. The proposal is Integrated Development as approval is sought under the Water Management Act 2000. The proposal will be determined by the Sydney West Joint Regional Planning Panel.
