Integrated Development – Darrell Lea Site – Site preparation works including demolition of existing structures; tree removal and bulk earthworks; construction and use of four (4) residential apartment buildings interconnected by three (3) residential blocks and twenty (20) terrace-style townhouses with underground car parking; construction and use of a part two and part three level basement car park associated with the residential apartment development accommodating 660 cars; construction and use of an internal access road running east-west through the site, connecting Rocky Point Road and Production Avenue, including the construction of a new signalised intersection at Rocky Point Road and road upgrade works to Production Lane; landscaping workings; and, Stage 1 envelope development consent for a 495sqm child care centre and associated road upgrades to Production Lane.
