The proposal also includes site preparation works, public domain works, an accessible through site link, and changes to the VPA relating to public domain upgrades along Railway Parade and Ashley Lane. The proposal is Integrated Development under the Water Management Act 2000. The application will be determined by the Sydney Central City Planning Panel.
