Section 4.55(1A) modification to DA/540/2016 for demolition of existing structures and construction of a 39 storey mixed use development containing ground floor commercial/retail tenancies and 398 apartments over 4 levels of basement car parking. The approved development was Nominated Integrated Development under the Water Management Act 2000. The determining authority will be the SydneyCentral City Planning Panel. Modifications include design refinement including further enclosure of the ground floor adaptive retail tenancies, modification of lobbies on levels 6-39, modification of five units on levels 1-5, changes to rooftop common open space facilities and weather protection to rooftop lift lobbies.
