Development application

Section 4.55 (2) modification to an approved mixed use development comprising amendments to the extent of basement and podium slabs, relocation of terrace floors and plant, provision of wintergarden, incorporation of atriums, reduction in office floor heights, conversion of plant to office use, increase in louvre heights and relocation of building maintenance unit. The application is to be determined by the Sydney Central City Planning Panel.
