Construction of a 56 storey commercial tower, including plant and a function centre on level 55. The development includes works within Darcy Street comprising service infrastructure diversions, rebuilding of Darcy Street roadway, kerb and footpaths, associated landscaping and public domain works, and provision and augmentation of physical infrastructure. The determining authority for the application is the Sydney Central City Planning Panel.
