The residential flat building comprises of 174 apartments: 26 x one bedroom, 113 x 2 bedroom and 35 x three bedroom – 18 of which are adaptable. The application is identified as an Integrated Development under Section 91 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and requires approval from the NSW Rural Fire Service under Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997.
