Construction of an industrial building to be used for general warehousing and distribution with ancillary office space, landscaping and car parking. The proposed development is identified as Integrated Development requiring the approval of the NSW Rural Fire Service pursuant to the Rural Fires Act 1997. The proposed development is also identified as Nominated Integrated Development requiring approval from the Department of Primary Industries – Water pursuant to the Water Management Act 2000. Note: Liverpool City Council is the consent authority and the Sydney West Joint Regional Planning Panel has the function of determining the application.
