The proposed modifications include internal layout changes at Basement level 1 and 2, and ground level. Basement level 1 will have an adjusted RL, which does not result in any additional excavation. At the upper levels, access to the balcony from the master bedroom is provided to the north-western units abutting the Intercontinental Hotel, with minor internal layout changes to intertenancy walls and reconfiguration of one unit. At the roof level, the modifications include provision of private roof terraces to the three Level 5 units, and associated works including a cabana, pergola, landscaped planters, and small spas to each terrace.
