Modification Application to RFB Development

S4.55 (2) Modification application for the following amendments:
• Extension of the basement and the addition of tandem carparks along northern edge of the basement and reconfiguration of the basement level
• Reconfiguration of cores, stairs & adjoining lobbies
• 1 lift removed from Buildings C & F
• Removal of waste mezzanine level by incorporating it into the basement level
• Conversion of all single storey apartments on Levels 2 & 3 into 2 storey apartments (except in Buildings C, F & part of Building A)
• Amendments to the external façades to suit the new 2 storey apartments
• Reconfiguration of some apartment layouts
• Addition of roof terraces for all roof top apartments
• Relocation of rooftop communal open space from Building D to Building A
• Reconfigured landscape design.
