Precinct 75 - SITE A

To partially demolish the existing buildings 1,2, 6 and 7, carry out alterations and additions to the existing buildings and construct new buildings to create 13,110sqm of commercial development on ‘Site A’ comprising retail and hospitality uses on the ground floor with commercial, creative light industrial uses above with Building 1 being a 7 storey commercial/ creative building with a roof top terrace, Building 2 being a 3 storey building, Building 6 being a 3 storey building and building 7 being a 5 storey building with associated landscaping, internal pathways and car parking within ‘Site B’.
