To partially demolish the existing buildings 3, 4, 5, 8, 9,10, 11, the existing cottage and dwellings at 50 and 52 Edith Street and 43 Roberts Street, tree removal and alterations and additions to existing buildings and to construct new buildings to create a mixed use development with Building A being 5 storeys, Building B being 3 storeys, Building C being 7 storeys and Building 8 being 4 storeys that includes a total of 178 residential apartments and approximately 2,500sqm of commercial space, 2 level basement car parking for 349 cars, associated landscaping including a central plaza, semi private courtyard garden for residents and pocket park facing Roberts Street.
