DA-2014/68 was refused by JRPP on 16 December 2015 and approved by the Land and Environment Court 12 December 2016. The proposed modifications are to increase the number of basement car parking spaces, various amendments to the approved development including (but not limited to) increasing buildings footprint, additional levels on buildings A, B2/B3 and C, relocation of communal room, additional 38 apartments and reconfiguration of apartment layouts.
