Section 4.55(2) Modification to Extractive Industry

• Modify condition 24 to extend operating hours from 7am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and allow a maximum of 10 laden vehicles to enter and leave the site between 6am and 7am Monday to Saturday.
• Modify condition 45 to also allow the import of Excavated Natural Material and material approved under an Environment Protection Authority (EPA) resource recovery exemption order.
• Modify condition 61 to allow the extraction area to be also backfilled with imported material defined in modified condition 45.
• Delete condition 100 as it is redundant if condition 24 is modified.
