Section 96(2) Modification to an Approved Concept Masterplan and Staged Residential Subdivision which includes the following:

1. Amend the approved Stormwater Management Strategy for Stage 1B with a single on-site stormwater detention tank in lieu of the two approved tanks;

2. Locate the new single tank 5m from the southern boundary instead of up the hill adjacent Road No. 3;

3. Include 34 Salamander Grove in the application and provide a 3m easement to drain stormwater over its eastern boundary; and

4. Amend conditions of consent associated with the modified stormwater works and removal of bio-retention requirement in addition to VPA monetary contribution for bioretention offset.
