The Section 96(2) modification application relates to the amendment of staging approved by JRPP to facilitate a Stage 1 residential subdivision consisting of 28 residential lots, four (4) residue lots, public reserve dedication as well as the construction of four (4) public roads and two (2) pathways. As such, this modification application will result in the creation of two additional residue lots for future development, removal of bio-retention in the local park and
the construction of 4 roads instead of 5 (removing Road No.4). As a result of these changes, the revised staging plan includes lot renumbering and subsequent amendment to conditions of approval.
