Alterations and additions and occupation of premises as a Resource Management Facility. The proposal is Designated Development as defined by Schedule 3 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000. The development is Integrated development under the provisions of the Water Management Act 2000 and this aspect of the development requires approval from the Office of Water. The development is Integrated development under the provisions of the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 and this aspect of the development requires approval from the NSW Environmental Protection Authority. The proposal will be determined by the Sydney West Joint Regional Planning Panel.
