Section 3.22 to Amend Newcastle LEP 2012 - FSR mapping error

Newcastle City Council seeks to make a minor amendment to Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 to:

Correct an error to the Floor Space Ratio (FSR) map included in Amendment 28 to Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012, in which the area to which Clause 7.10 applies reverted back to the areas that were formerly amended under State Environmental Planning Policy Amendment (Newcastle City Centre) 2014. This anomaly occurred from a past data layer being displayed rather than the current layer on the map.
