MidCoast Paper Subdivision Exempt Development Exclusions

The planning proposal seeks to amend the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 to include a MidCoast Exempt Development Land Map into Schedule 4, excluding the Application of the Code SEPP in certain paper subdivision areas. Exempt
development provisions in Schedule 2 of the Local Environmental Plan will allow for certain exempt provisions for lots with dwelling entitlement.
