The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the Byron LEP 1988 written instrument to extend the period of time specified in Clause 17B(4) for the lodgement of a development application for community title subdivision from two years to five years.This amendment would allow Lot 2 DP 630987, 112 Fowlers Lane to apply under 17B(4) to convert the land from multiple occupancy development to community title subdivision involving four dwelling lots and one community title lot.
